Окончил Scots College (Sydney), богословский факультет Афинского университета, Оксфордский университет. Почетный доктор Свято-Владимирской семинарии.

Преподавал в Оксфордском университете, Сиднейском университете, Богословской школе Святого Креста, Богословском институте святого Иоанна Дамаскина.

Основатель австралийского St Andrew's Theological College in Sydney. С 2023 года возглавляет Экуменический институт Хаффингтона при Богословской школе Святого Креста.[1]
